In Shaanxi, a bustling heavy-duty truck charging hub is operating efficiently. This is a benchmark-level charging station jointly created through the in-depth collaboration between Nanjing Jianchong Electric Technology Co., Ltd. and AlwaysControl. Facing the high-frequency, high-power demands of heavy-duty truck energy replenishment, both parties leveraged their respective strengths to deliver a perfect solution at this station equipped with 12 ultra-fast charging terminals.
As the core infrastructure of the station, Jianchong Technology provides exceptionally reliable hardware support.

10 units of 400kW Conventional Fast Charging Piles
2 units of 600kW Super Charging Piles
These "steel giants" possess extremely high power output capabilities, meeting the rapid energy replenishment needs of heavy-duty truck models, ensuring the station's fundamental operational efficiency and hardware stability.

However, the powerful hardware faces a practical challenge: the station's total grid power supply limit is only 4800kW. If all charging piles operate at full speed, it easily risks exceeding the grid's red line.
To maximize the efficiency of Jianchong's equipment without causing tripping, AlwaysControl integrated its Neuron III (N3) Energy Management Controller as the station's "intelligent brain," executing a sophisticated preset power reservation + dynamic balancing allocation logic:
Station-wide Synchronization (Starting at 60kW): The N3 directs each Jianchong charging pile to reserve a 60kW base power upon startup, ensuring all heavy-duty trucks can charge immediately upon arrival, eliminating queuing.
Dynamic Capacity Expansion (Peak Shaving and Valley Filling): When the total power approaches the 4800kW red line, the N3 performs real-time calculations, instructing vehicles that started charging earlier to reduce load, and quickly reallocating the freed-up power to newly connected vehicles.
Under the precise dispatch of the N3, Jianchong's 12 high-power charging piles achieved station-wide operation without overload, enabling simultaneous charging across all piles, maximizing grid utilization, and realizing the perfect integration of software and hardware.

The core technology supporting this perfect collaboration originates from AlwaysControl's flagship product—the Neuron III (N3). It is not just a controller but a bridge connecting charging pile manufacturers and the power grid.
Equipped with a Cortex-A7 quad-core processor + Cortex-M4 MCU, it provides the computational power guarantee for complex Dynamic Load Balancing (DLB) algorithms, ensuring zero-delay command issuance to Jianchong's charging piles.
Equipped with RS485, CAN, and Ethernet ports, supporting standard OCPP 1.6 and various private protocols. It is this powerful compatibility that allows the N3 to seamlessly interface with Jianchong's hardware system, enabling data interoperability.
Whether for static load balancing or dynamic allocation, the N3 can flexibly configure strategies based on the actual conditions of the station (such as the 4800kW limit in this case).
The success of the Xi'an pilot charging station is the best validation of the "high-quality hardware + intelligent algorithm" collaboration model.
The robust quality of Jianchong Technology, combined with the refined control of AlwaysControl, not only solves the grid capacity expansion challenge but also significantly improves the asset return rate for operators.
In the future, AlwaysControl looks forward to partnering with more excellent partners like Jianchong Technology to redefine charging stations with intelligence!
