


From May 6 to 7, the Smart Energy 2026 exhibition was held at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney).
At this exhibition, Australian local new energy integrator United Energy Hub (UEH) showcased at its booth the core dispatch hub of its integrated energy solution—the VPP (Virtual Power Plant) management platform co-developed by UEH and XU HENG Electronics.

We extend our gratitude to UEH for exhibiting and demonstrating the platform at its booth. This demonstration objectively validated the platform's commercial viability under the Australian electricity market rules.
01 Market Pain Point: "Digital Silos" of Distributed Energy

Australia boasts an extremely high penetration rate of residential photovoltaic (PV) systems, energy storage systems, and electric vehicles (EVs). However, these vast distributed energy resources (DERs) are often constrained by different brands and communication protocols, making it difficult to achieve economies of scale. Overcoming device silos to enable unified data monitoring and strategic dispatch has become a critical threshold for local energy retailers transitioning into "integrated energy service providers."
02 On-Site Demonstration: VPP Platform Functional Validation

The core modules of the VPP platform on display have been fully deployed. Leveraging its end-to-end one-stop solution, the platform demonstrated the following core functions to on-site visitors:

Global Asset Real-Time Monitoring: The platform provides a cockpit view, supporting full-domain situational awareness of multi-site geographic distribution, aggregated capacity, and station status. All 11 functional modules on the User Side have been launched, covering scenarios such as login, profit, analysis, strategy, and home.
Market Intelligence and Deep AEMO Integration: The system integrates Australia's AEMO real-time spot prices, forecast prices, and FCAS market data, using precise market data as the input foundation for dispatch decisions.
Automated Arbitrage and Intelligent Dispatch: The platform features a built-in automated arbitrage strategy engine, supporting dual logic based on price triggers and time triggers, enabling automatic capture of market buy-low-sell-high opportunities.
Multi-Brand Ecosystem and Microsecond-Level Response: The system is not limited to a single hardware vendor. By supporting protocols such as API, OCPP, Modbus, and Sunspec, it flexibly adapts to existing and incremental assets. It has been validated with six major brand inverters, including Fox ESS, Alpha, Growatt, Sungrow, WHES, and Ipotisedge, supporting complete charge, discharge, and stop commands, achieving microsecond-level command response and real-time status visualization.
Revenue Settlement Visualization: The system directly links discharge actions to revenue generation, automatically calculating revenue based on actual dispatch records, enabling a clear conversion from electricity to cash flow.
Enterprise-Grade Assurance and White-Label Delivery: The system features high availability and a complete audit trail, ensuring enterprise-grade security and stability. Additionally, the platform supports flexible deployment via SaaS, private cloud, or on-premises solutions, and offers white-label delivery with deep customization of logos, domains, and UI, meeting multi-language and multi-currency global operational needs.
03 Extension: Full-Stack Device Integration and Agency Partnership
It is worth noting that while the exhibition primarily focused on cloud-based software dispatch without displaying underlying physical hardware, United Energy Hub is also a strategic channel agency sales partner for XU HENG Electronics' Neuron II smart gateway in Australia. Through the synergy of the "Neuron II Edge Gateway + Neuron VPP Cloud Platform," end customers can access a complete VPP closed-loop solution from underlying data collection to cloud-based strategy execution.
